I recently led a project to upgrade the organization’s endpoint environment from Windows 10 to Windows 11 managing planning, coordination, deployment, and cross-team communication to ensure a smooth transition.On the technical side, I support enterprise operations through SCCM based device management, patching, application packaging, and imaging workflows. I also manage AD accounts, vendor coordination, and hybrid infrastructure across Azure and macOS (via JAMF).
