It is owned by Kroger and headquartered in Matthews, NC.My role includes- Organic social media:Responsibilities include implementing and executing social media campaigns on various platforms, managing editorial calendars, scheduling and publishing content, leading brainstorming sessions, engaging with followers, coordinating with various departments and vendor partners, gathering and reporting performance analytics, and working with agency teams to develop integrated campaigns. Create and manage a schedule for influencers and content creators. Ensure that their content is coordinated and aligned with the advertising schedule- Paid content:Monitor and adjust social media budget as needed. Run paid campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, and Twitter. Execute social media marketing for hiring events- Vendor content:Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Team for successful initiatives and an omnichannel approach. Coordinate assets and program details. Contribute to merchandising and analyze results. Improve social media strategy and align advertising efforts. Maintain a professional approach to vendor content. Set key performance indicators for measuring social media campaign success- Other duties:Provide exceptional service by being available 24/7 to address any crisis communications. Monitor and initiate communications on social media channels to protect the Harris Teeter brand. Assist in training new team members and manage social media assistant. Transcribe recipe content and organize travel arrangements.
