I work with an exceptional team of ~100 direct and indirect reports split in 6 teams, enabling Amazon customers to access Credit Products. I\'m the tech owner of the entire application, servicing and payment processing experience for both Amazon Store Card & Amazon Secured Card in United States, and Amazon Co-Branded Card in Canada. As such, I collaborate with other Senior leaders within Amazon, as well as with external executives for both our bank partners, Synchrony and MBNA/TD Bank respectively. Additionally, I\'m responsible for developing and operating key software components that enable the acquisitions and workflow experience for a wide variety of products, from Instalments options to Credit Cards and Shop with Points. I focus on driving operational excellence and quality, striving for business acceleration and driving key productivity savings on a MM-revenue sector.
