ABOUT KEVIN WOLFE
Research Environmental Engineer and Vice-President with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Franklin, Tennessee. Over 34 years of experience in the civil & environmental engineering field. My specialty work involves applied water-resources research with a variety of state-of-the-art erosion and sediment control measures along with hydraulic and water-quality-based performance testing (lab-scale and field-scale) of construction storm water BMPs. I work as a special R and D consultant to various BMP manufacturers. In the environmental and solid waste management area, I specialize in groundwater geochemisty, with emphasis on evaluating and interpreting ground and surface water quality data. My work focuses on assessing water quality and detecting early indicators of contamination. As part of this work, I am experienced in groundwater quality geochemical modeling. Since I have also performed solid-waste management research related to the use of forced-aeration bioreactor landfill technology as a bioremediation approach for treating MSW landfill wastes and evaporating leachate.
