I began my career in the commercial furniture industry, where I learned just how much the right workspace could influence how employees feel at work. I was drawn to the human side of that. A well-designed environment can foster wellness and a sense of belonging. But along the way, I realized I wanted to do even more to support employees beyond just the physical space.That’s what led me into the world of HR and payroll solutions. At Staffing Plus, Inc, I partner with business leaders to simplify those processes and create cultures where employees genuinely thrive. I’ve seen that by focusing on people, whether through wellness programs, leadership development, or simply making HR smoother. We can help turn workplaces into places where employees feel more engaged and content.My background spans sales, marketing, project management, and workplace design. That breadth gives me a unique lens: I see how systems, people, and culture connect, and I build strategies that align all three. Along the way, I earned my CCWS certification, deepening my passion for bringing wellness into the core of business strategy. When I’m not working, you’ll find me diving into creative projects like laser-engraved charcuterie boards or learning a new song on the guitar. I believe that creativity and business fuel each other.
