Process involved interfacing with platforms to ensure technical information regarding process monitoring, deviations and CAPA’s. Facilitated the scope definition, schedule and deliverables with the assistance of the technical staff. Interfaced with onsite support staff to develop estimate and final schedules. Participated in Work Request Team that reviewed requests to be approved and prioritized by management committee (AIOC). Planned projects based on committee prioritization and resource availability. Led kickoff meeting with technical lead, end user and contractor to review scope, budget and schedule. Held weekly meetings with technical leads, purchasing and QA to identify key issues.
