The integrated Behavioral Health and addictions program manager supervises, evaluates, and participates in behavioral health and substance abuse services through Integrated Clinical Services in a way to ensure that they are safe, effective and coordinated. Job Duties include but not limited too- Coordinating and directing all of the Primary Care Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Services - Works Directly with clinic management to provide services and direct program functions and responsibilities for behavioral health and addiction treatment services - Supervising all Behavioral Health and Addiction staff under the Integrated Clinical Service Division - Meet with Community Partners to explain program goals, request cooperation and provide information as needed- Monitor and report on budget and variety of funding sources that may require specific reports and times line to be met for grant funding and qualification- Oversight on staffing levels and workloads to ensure adequate staffing levels and resource management within al programs with in scope of department-Responds to concerns or complaints related to service delivery, quality of care and overall program development- Regularly evaluates staff performance and maintains a culture of accountability and clinical growth
