SPECIAL PROJECTS2021 COVID Recovery (July-Sept 2021)Coordinate the receiving and QC of sq ft of outsourced jobs from other Stone Systems locations.SCRAP ORGANIZATION (Feb-March 2022)Organize by size/color remnants contributing to our scrap rate goal for cutting. Cull excess remnants. SLAB ORGANIZATION AND NEW ASPHALT PROJECT (yard)(March-November 2022)Coordinate & Organize slabs and segregate substandard material for transfer, sale or disposal. Replace old slab A-frames with new racking. Coordinate with purchasing and Asphalt contractor to repave yard after slabs have been organized. MATERIAL HANDLING LEADER (Jan 2023-Present)Supervise slab materials, including LTL receiving, slab color match/veining(QC), provide direction to material handlers. Guarantee materials flow for up to 1400 sq ft daily cutting goal.
