I have over 32 years experience working with all types of client, typically at the middle/top end of the Carpet and Flooring trade. I am highly skilled and knowledgable in the installation and suitability of a wide range of products. There are no qualifications to really measure the quality of an individual\'s people/ communication skills, but of all the trade and installation skills I have learned over the past quarter of a Century, it is my rapport with clients, suppliers and fellow associates that is my real strength. I like dealing with people, I enjoy the whole bit where the client has no clue and needs help, or has really strong ideas and needs some practical and technical input. I like getting customers to have exactly what they hoped for, enjoying their company and giving them a real sense of value for money. If I didn\'t enjoy it, I couldn\'t deliver it so effectively and with such passion.
