ABOUT NORM DOMINGUEZ
Began career with Coors Brewery in 1971. Participated in a management training program working many facets of the company. From 1976 to 1983 spent those years in marketing department. In 1983, moved into the wireless communiations industry in an entreprenuerial capacity that led to starting a small company in 1986, based in Phoenix, AZ. This introduced me to BNI in terms of helping to grow that business. Sold the wireless company in 1991, thus putting all of my effort into referral marketing industry. BNI is a franchise based business, based in Upland, CA. It was founded by Dr. Ivan Misner in 1985. I worked with Dr. Misner as a franchisee since 1993 and joined the HQ operation as US National Director in In 2006, I became the CEO and continue in that capacity. We are the world\'s largest referral marketing company, operating in 48 countries, with over members.Specialties: Expertise lies in business operations, while understanding the leadership traits needed to oversee a global business.
