Currently serving as a Principal Reliability Analyst and Team Lead for Mercer University Engineering Research Center, since 2021. In this role, I am charged with leading a seven-member team with the collection, development, and analysis of United States Air Force C-130H/J aircraft maintenance data. Led reliability investigations and provided technical recommendations on mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems. Built tracking mechanism to manage deliverables and analysis recommendations supplied to Air Force System Program Office. Addressed reliability improvements, maintainability assessments, and aging aircraft evaluations. Managed and scheduled project deliverables and coordinated group travel for field maintenance personnel interviews. Presented written and oral briefings for leadership and customers. Facilitated training of personnel and conducted interviews of engineer and analyst new hires. Conducted frequent self-assessment of processes and techniques to improve future deliverables.Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certified and trained on OSHA and EPA work center topics.Accomplished US Air Force veteran Non-Commissioned Officer (SMSgt/E-8) with over 26 years as an aircraft maintenance leader and electrical and environmental craftsman, possessing an active Secret security clearance.
