Founder and principal designer for this professional firm.Recently;From 2022 to mid-2025, I served as Design Strategist for ActiveHealth Management, a CVS Healthspire company, leading a multi-year initiative to reimagine the MyActiveHealth platform. This engagement combined deep discovery, iterative design, and behavioral science to deliver a modern, mobile-first experience that drives member engagement and supports better health outcomes.I helped shape a behaviorally informed UX strategy, executed a full design system overhaul, and delivered dozens of end-to-end feature designs—from onboarding flows and daily engagement tools to complex coaching integrations and B2C experimentation. At the conclusion of the engagement, I played a key change management role—facilitating the transition from legacy vendors to a scalable in-house design capability, mentoring new team members, and ensuring knowledge transfer for sustained success.Key initiatives included the Signal mental health integration, LCC/Epic redesign, MEP Lite platform, and social enablement solutions. Our team earned multiple organizational awards and individual recognition for excellence during PI cycles.Throughout, I worked at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints—ensuring that design decisions were evidence-based, strategically aligned, and operationally feasible. The result: a modernized platform positioned for long-term growth and member impact.
