Have now been working in Procurement for 5 Years.I have progressed in Baileys from an Assistant Buyer to a Buyer. I am now working on a number of smaller contracts and also helping out senior buyers on larger contracts, which I was given excellent feedback from my Manager and the Senior Contracts Manager as well as the Project TeamI have recently been part of a team that submitted a tender package for a very large contract.I have been on a number of training courses which include ADR and CDM, which I learnt different negotiation skills which include cost breakdown, volume aggregation and benefits of Electronic Negotiations.I am currently working towards my CIPS qualification and am currently studying towards Level 5.I have also been appointed as Class Representative Which I have learnt developing contracts and how to manage the supply chain efficiently as well as many other skills.My goals are to progress to a Senior Buyer in the next couple of years and to complete the CIPS Course.Specialties: Negotiating, purchasing, worked in public and private sector,Volume Aggregation and forming Agreements.
