Marketing taught me most when real money was on the line.Over the last 9 years, I\'ve worked in B2B SaaS and HR Tech, running demand generation, performance marketing, SEO, and ABM across products at very different stages and budgets. No two were the same, and that variety is probably what shaped me most.One of the biggest things I got to build was India\'s first HR Toolkit platform. Started with almost nothing, grew it to companies, monthly visitors, and $1.8M in revenue through SEO, paid campaigns, and email automation that actually converted.Today, I\'m Senior Marketing Manager at uKnowva HRMS, running demand gen across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, SEO, email, and partner programs. Recently cut LinkedIn CPL and doubled the lead-to-demo conversion rate, mostly by getting sharper on targeting and fixing where the funnel was leaking. Increasingly, AI tools are part of how I work on content and ad copy workflows, automating parts of the lead-nurturing process. It\'s changed how fast I can test and iterate.Most of what I know came from doing.
