In this capacity, I ensure that iVentiv\'s marketing processes and channels contribute to the ongoing growth and engagement of our community. Working closely with our teams, I help to create engaging interview, blog, and social media content that will help to really enrich the conversation. In addition to this, I lead the overall management and quality control for our agendas, and brochures, as well as analyse data to help inform future digital marketing endeavours.

I\'m a passionate, driven professional with a keen interest in people, learning, and the world of HR, with a proven track record in both the education sector, and corporate events industry. My senior role at iVentiv encompasses a number of things; sales, communication, research on industry insights, and a thirst for professional development. Essentially, my role is to really draw people to the heart of iVentiv and what we do. It is my job to gather together and engage Global Heads of Learning, Talent, and Leadership in truly meaningful conversations on the industry\'s hottest topics in order to help drive real innovation.I am a creative, driven, self-motivated team player, who thrives in an environment of shared interest, and community- I have a BA (Hons) degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Northampton- I have compiled years of fantastic, character-building experience in secondary education - My professional passions lie in people, collaboration, and the future of learning- I have a keen interest in books, poetry, rock & roll, and Johnny DeppLet\'s connect :)
