Leading our Europe-wide AI for All initiative as part of Fujitra, I’m responsible for making GenAI adoption practical, human, and impactful across a complex B2B environment. Working with senior leaders and our brilliant team to turn AI from a big idea into everyday behaviours — building confidence, capability, and a culture where people feel supported, not sidelined, by emerging technology.Anchored in research with our people, through workshops, interviews, and insight-gathering across Europe, the initiative is designed to meet colleagues wherever they are in their AI journey. Championing ethical, inclusive, and practical approaches. Combininbg experience design with real tools like Copilot, GenAI agents, Miro, and Asana to create human-centred ways of working that build confidence and deliver impact at scale. My focus is enabling meaningful, sustainable transformation by aligning people, culture, and technology so our teams can thrive and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
