ABOUT KERRY BEADLE
Career to date has been a progression from a clerical position to Depot General Manager via health and safety, transport/warehouse & contract management. Tasked in warehouse, transport and Health and safety fields to design and implement new programmes in alignment with the demands of the business to meet the fluidity of the business. It is this exposure that has given a broad knowledge of the spectrum of fields within the logistics industry and a flexibility of approach to be able to bring that knowledge to the fore front on all occasions. Incremental to the roles played there has been the requirement for management and utilisation of all resources available, which included large numbers of direct and indirect labour, to attain set process, SLA\'s and budgetary KPIS in the most efficient and customer orientated way. I consider myself to be a dedicated hard working individual who is flexible, methodical, reliable and trustworthy. I enjoy a challenge and am always eager to learn and have over 25 yrs experience within the logistics industry.
