Responsible for driving the development of our platform and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality globally scalable software products that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Managing three Software Engineering teams, ensuring that they are motivated, productive, and delivering high-quality work. • Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. • Ensuring that the engineering teams are following best practices for software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. • Mentoring and coaching engineers to help them grow in their careers and achieve their goals. • Leading other engineering managers to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals. • Developing and maintaining relationships with other engineering teams and departments within Anaplan to ensure that we are working collaboratively and leveraging shared resources. • Participating in the recruitment process for new engineering hires, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. • Contributing to the overall success of the company by collaborating with other teams on cross-functional initiatives and driving improvements to our development processes.
