Work within a cross functional team to meet all internal and external requirements.Complete and submit all required documentation to gain customer PPAP approval.Review and assist in creation of DFMEA and PFMEA for each new project.Develop Control Plans and Test PlansReview internal drawings against customer requirements to ensure tolerances can be met and all specifications are carried down to the appropriate component level drawings.Act as the main customer SQE interface until start of production for internal components.Create and procure test fixtures, gages, and measurement devices to meet customer requirements.Complete customer audits.Lead and resolve any open corrective actions.Mentor all new Quality Engineers.
