Operations ManagerI lead the day-to-day operations across Production, Projects, Logistics, Procurement, and QHSE, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with customer expectations.Key responsibilities & contributions:• Oversee end-to-end operations from supply chain and warehousing through to production and project delivery. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets. • Drive process improvements to simplify workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall delivery performance. • Manage supplier relationships and procurement, improving reliability and ensuring cost-effective supply. • Take ownership of QHSE standards, reinforcing a strong culture of safety, accountability, and consistent ways of working. • Work closely with senior management on planning, resourcing, and supporting business growth. • Provide clear operational reporting and insight to support decision-making and financial control. • Built and restructured the QA/QC and HSE function, introducing a dedicated team and clearer processes, improving compliance, safety performance, and reporting consistency. • Introduced an acceptance-based handover process, shifting responsibility to receiving teams to confirm readiness, reducing back-and-forth and improving workflow efficiency. Early impact:Quickly identified gaps in workflows and supplier performance, introducing changes that reduced delays by improving coordination and handovers between teams, strengthening overall delivery.
