IN THE AGE OF BIG DATA, MAINTAINING INTEGRITY IS PARAMOUNT. For 25+ years, I\'ve blended consumer data integrity with moral integrity to ensure top-tier financial institutions are confident turning to Zoot. I’ve seen nearly every side of Zoot’s Delivery business and am proud that clients prefer Zoot as their technology partner to improve customer acquisition, credit (and non-credit) decisioning, fraud prevention, and underwriting processes. In each role while at Zoot Enterprises, my goals have always been to: Persist in thoughtful, respectful, and active learning to discover how best to help clients as well as co-workers solve problems and improve their own performance. Maintain reliably high standards and a stellar reputation for adapting to changing priorities and delivering quality products and services.MANAGE RISK Over the course of my career, I have worked to help clients manage risk by discovering, designing, delivering, and supporting customer onboarding or acquisition platforms for over 30 financial institutions. And I’ve captured requirements for integrating more than 20 data providers into those solutions. MENTOR As a Business Analyst, Client Delivery Manager, and Capabilities Specialist, I mentored 40+ Project Managers and 15+ Business Analysts and provided training to over 300 Zooters. With a focus on integrity, quality, and follow-through, I help each employee understand their important role at Zoot.
