ABOUT KENNETH OH
Kenneth Oh is a PM/CM Practice Leader with over 30 years of experience both in private and public sector covering program management, design management, construction management, and in contract administration, managing large-scale infrastructure projects. As a Construction Services Program Manager, Kenneth is responsible for the effective and profitable management and delivery of end-to-end PMC services supporting on programs such as the $785 million High Speed Rail CP-4 PCM and the $689 million I-105 Express Lane CMSS. Kenneth oversees the construction services department in pursuit of mega to super mega projects. As the Group Director, collaborates with leadership across the office and division to apply the firm’s strategic sales and planning approaches while assisting with project pursuits and proposals.As a Senior Executive in a Program Management Construction Management (PMCM), in cooperation with the Caltrans, successfully replaced the existing Gerald Desmond Bridge connecting SR-710 to Terminal Island in the City of Long Beach with the first long span cable-stayed bridge in California. The $1.5 billion design-build project features an iconic cable-stayed bridge 515 feet tall and 205 feet of clearance over the channel water. The project includes reconstruction of interchanges, utilities relocations, railroad coordination, and demolition of the old bridge.
