Responsible for building the FP & A function, both the corporate and operational teams. Including the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), Board of Director reporting package, Management Committee reporting package, supporting 5 business lines, and ad-hoc business analysis globally. Responsible for capital markets activity including 10 separate debt financing projects and various amendments in the past 5 years,$1B+ refinancing, 6 dividend programs of ~$800m, sale of the Firm (most recently for $2.6B), rating agency, lender relationships management, and monthly investor calls. From ground up, built a team of 20 financial planning professionals responsible for geography and service line reporting. Implemented Hyperion Planning and developed both internal reporting & Board reporting packages Responsible for goodwill valuation across 4 segments and quarterly equity valuations for ongoing stock grants. Led the diligence for the acquisition of 2 companies adding $85m of revenue and $17m of ebitda. Created the global cash management function & processes covering 14 countries, centralizing cash management processes and banking partners. I developed and implemented related policies and procedures. Developed business models used by management for strategic business planning, for the expansion into China, Korea, and Switzerland, as well pricing models to drive individual client engagement margin expansion.
