Key Achievements:· As a site leader with 33 RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team members with direct reports consisting of three engineers, three lead tradesmen, two planners, two schedulers, one CMMS administrator and team members of twenty-two technicians and contractors, I developed and instituted employee training and retention initiative which reduced personnel turnover by 50% within one year.· Developed strong feedback loop system based on the weekly 1-2-1 sessions that I had with my direct reports and relevant departmental stakeholders to ensure that personnel/plant performance monitoring reporting was regular and progressive action taken.· Streamlined maintenance workflow by eliminating redundant document-based processes with an SAP based CMMS which resulted in reduced manhours in work management by 35% and improved maintenance execution turnaround from 2 weeks to 24 hours. This led to a cost reduction of about in the team.· Sourced, negotiated and secured maintenance contracts resulting in over annual savings and reduced spares acquisition costs by over 50%.· Improved awareness of the reliability strategy within the Senior Leadership Team and various departmental stakeholders (Projects, Automation, ITS, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Sec Ops & MTS) through collaborative working and regular reporting of plant health data/info.· I built a transversal knowledge sharing network to engage with our Asset Care Excellence (ACE) and the Global Engineering groups, other sites and OEM industry suppliers.· Designed, planned and executed the building and commissioning of 2MW solar farm which reduced the annual power supply from the National Grid to the site by 16%.
