In this role I: Manage the company Amazon Account by monitoring the Account Health, addressing listing violations, directing issues to correct department. Using information provided by Department Heads about company updates, I write, edit and proofread Internal Newsletter to be distributed to all staff members. Using SKU number and EAN number, I create Amazon listings across the UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain & The Netherlands. Write and edit keyword-optimised product descriptions for Amazon shop A+ Content in line with the brand tone of voice. Research blog topics relating to brand range to drive traffic to website. Write and edit SEO-optimised blog articles hyperlinking to website pages including product reviews. Prepare captions and manage content for the brand Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest channels, including competitions. I manage Majority\'s Affiliate Program on AWIN. We source publishers to promote Majority with promotional offers, product launches and discount codes. To appease our publishers, I handle publisher communication. I manage the Social Ambassador program. I am sourcing potential social media influencers across UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain & The Netherlands to represent Majority across social media and identify which product would suit their brand best on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube. I oversee the Content Creator Program. We invite people to review our products across the UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain & The Netherlands to gain customer feedback, allowing our Product Team to further improve our range. The media we receive from our Content Creators, we reuse the user-generated content in our social media content. I source and build relationships with press outlets. Additionally, I write, edit and proofread press releases to be sent to online magazines, print newspapers and blogs.
