Hybrid Functions:Audit Assurance• Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company’s system of internal controls and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities Conduct periodic platform audits/reviews on CNL revenue streams and report irregularities.Perform system and financial audits as requested by management.• Review suppliers’ invoices and transaction documents in a timely manner for payment.• Review and confirm deliveries of company assets and resources to ensure completeness and value for money.• Prepare and present audit reports identifying weaknesses and suggesting new procedures, controls, and policies to the SEMCO/Board of the company.Revenue Analytics & Insights• Create and oversee the Revenue Management team’s analytics architecture and framework to ensure consistency in tracking, measurement, and reporting.• Develop/refine revenue dashboards and own the creation of revenue reporting and insights templates, processes, and implementation plans.• Provide fact-based, powerful, actionable revenue management insights and recommendations to maximize the business growth, operational productivity, and margins.• Identified sales trends, architect of the visualization & delivery of actionable insights.• Helped Cyberspace Limited to calibrate the LTE retail and enterprise data services sales plans as per growth target and manage CRM data.• Evaluate areas of the revenue shortfall and rapidly design solutions to improve the gap, inclusive of product and/or marketing opportunities. • Perform revenue analysis report on a weekly and quarterly basis. • Assist in monthly account reconciliations of revenue from LTE, CyberPay, Cyber Cloud, Cyber Voice, Edu portal, and other revenue streams comparing revenue on platform reports against actual inflows.• Use SQL to extract necessary data and utilize Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze the results and present the relevant business insights.
