As the Division President of KB Home\'s Los Angeles/Ventura region, I oversee all aspects of the company\'s homebuilding operations in this dynamic and diverse market. KB Home is one of the largest and most recognized homebuilders in the United States, with a reputation for delivering quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I have been leading this division since March 2020, after spending two years as the Senior Vice President City Manager for D.R. Horton, another leading public homebuilder.I have more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on land acquisition, entitlements, large-scale land development, project management, finance, operations, and construction. I hold California Real Estate and Construction licenses, and I have a degree from Pepperdine University. I am passionate about creating communities that enhance the lives of our customers, while achieving operational excellence and financial performance. I enjoy working with talented and dedicated teams, collaborating with industry partners, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. I also love traveling, exploring nature, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and animals.
