It will work but how well will it work is the million dollar question. I have over 30 years in the steel erection industry. I started running jobs in the early \'90s and just recently started an LLC with one of my sons. I have seen both sides of the table. I would describe myself as a loyal, company man that will do everything in my power to succeed. I am divorced from a marriage of 17 years.(being my only true failure).
