I manage the entire recruitment process from my client’s initial requirement all the way through to successful delivery of the right professional. I take the time to sit down with my client, identify exactly what is they are looking for, I then go out to market and utilise a range of avenues to find the right candidate ranging from LinkedIn Headhunting, personal and company networks, referrals, job boards and advertising. Passionate in helping people to change their life or their current situations. Currently in a position where I can provide career advice and opportunities for others who are in need or looking to excel in their career. I am now fulfilling my desire to have the power to make a difference in to people’s lives. Constantly looking to develop my self to improve. My goal is to constantly be surrounded by great people who also want to succeed in business and have the same desire to make a difference.
