As a solo practitioner, Kelly supported clients with trust and estate planning, and various family law actions including divorce, custody and placement, child support and guardianchip actions. She also served as assigned counsel for the state Public Defender’s office in Racine County, representing clients in commitment hearings, misdemeanor cases, and contested guardianships. In January 2012, she was judicially appointed to serve as Guardian ad Litem for Racine County. During her tenure in telecommunications, Kelly successfully implemented various advanced technologies, showcasing her expertise in change management, relationship building, negotiation, and project planning.
