With more than 25 years in the banking industry, I am a people‑focused leader with a proven track record across frontline operations, branch leadership, and private banking support. This broad experience has given me a strong operational foundation and a strategic, enterprise‑level perspective on how effective leadership, sound processes, and engaged teams drive sustainable results.In my current role as Private Bank Specialist Supervisor, I lead a team that supports Private Banking advisors and high‑net‑worth clients, with a focus on service excellence, operational execution, risk partnership, and talent development. I am deeply passionate about building engaged, high‑performing teams and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes for both clients and the business.I have also been selected to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including testing and launching a new loan system and supporting the testing of a new deposit platform. These experiences have strengthened my expertise in change management, large‑scale implementations, and partnering across functions to deliver scalable, enterprise‑wide solutions.Beyond my professional role, I am committed to community impact and inclusion. I have served on the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities, a state government agency advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities through policy, advocacy, and local project funding. I am also a founding member of Madison Professional Women for Good, a collective dedicated to empowering women through philanthropy and professional growth. Previously, I served as a board member for Dane County CASA, a local non-profit organization that provided volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASAs”) to abused and neglected children who are under the protection or authority of the Dane County Courts.I am energized by opportunities that combine people leadership, operational excellence, and enterprise change—and I remain focused on continued growth, expanding executive impact, and helping build organizations that perform with purpose.
