I have over 20 years of experience speaking to the public via hosting live shows for Nickelodeon Studios and Universal Studios. As manager of Front Gate Sales for Universal Studios Hollywood, I developed a 7 point strategy to train line employees on how to sell at the point of purchase using exceptional guest service. The model is called the GEST (Guest Experience Sales Transactions). In my keynote experiences, I speak on how to incorporate these strategies. I also offer a training experience using role-playing, improv exercises, and audience participation to engage your team fully. After including the GEST model, you can expect increased sales, exceptional employee satisfaction, and superior guest service.
