ABOUT KELLY KNIGHTS

As the former COO of Victoria Hand Project, an international charity, I led initiatives to expand access to prosthetic care globally. Using 3D printing, 3D scanning, and custom software development, we delivered accessible, life-changing prostheses to communities with limited resources, helping individuals reclaim their independence and thrive. Now at Iris Dynamics, I’m helping streamline and scale production at a fast-growing company specializing in advanced linear motor systems. I collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations to build scalable processes that support sustainable, long-term growth. I’m passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to drive meaningful change, whether in healthcare, manufacturing, or beyond. Career Highlights 🦾 Hands for Ukraine: Managed a global initiative to deliver prosthetic care in conflict zones, raising over in funding. Traveled to Ukraine to work alongside clinicians, providing training and personally assisting in fitting prosthetic arms to patients, laying the groundwork for over 200 people to receive life-changing care. Engineering Innovation: Guided teams in designing, testing, and refining prosthetic components, including patented upper-limb prosthetic systems. Directed the development of software to simplify customization workflows, always keeping the end user’s needs at the forefront. Global Collaboration: Partnered with teams across 11 countries to deliver advanced, tech-enabled solutions, fostering international cooperation and innovation. I bring a people-focused, results-driven approach to everything I do and am energized by creating meaningful, lasting impact.
