With over 15 years of experience in leadership, customer service and logistics management, I am currently the Associate Director of Aftermarket Sales and Customer Experience at Pratt & Whitney — a global leader in engine manufacturing and aerospace innovation. In this role, I oversee the aftermarket repair sales & customer experience team for commercial engine customers worldwide. I leverage my skills in leadership, customer relationship management, and lean methodology to optimize service, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Previously, I was the Global Warehouse Senior Manager supporting the F135 — the most advanced fighter engine in the world — for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. I led a team of 18 professionals across seven global warehouses, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts and services to support the global fleet of F-35 aircraft. I am a mental health advocate with a passion for promoting wellness and resilience in the workplace, and that is reflected in my leadership style. Last year, I completed a certification in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen\'s University. I enjoy coaching and mentoring my team and colleagues. After completing my 200 hour RYT requirement in Isla Mujeres, Mexico at the end of 2023, I’m proud to be a certified yoga teacher!
