Kelly is an experienced business leader with 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles across various industries and countries. Growth-oriented, Kelly is a strong believer that good marketing directly impacts sales and authentic brand management is inextricably tied to listening to consumers. As the outgoing Head of Marketing for The YES YES Company, Kelly has grown the company\'s e-commerce sales by more than 100% with minimal investment and improved total company profitability. Eventually leading to the successful sale of the business to new investors who will move core operations overseas, and enabling the previous owners to enjoy a well-earned retirement. With 20 years of leadership experience in marketing and sales, Kelly is used to building high-performing teams, identifying strategies for growth and profitability improvements. Kelly has mentored and managed professionals who have gone into senior manager roles in many household brands. Kelly has worked in roles across industries, retail, manufacturing and engineering. During a 3-year stint in Michigan USA, Kelly ran her own business consulting with local businesses, one of which resulted in a permanent role running one of their business units. Kelly is passionate about e-commerce and digital technology.
