ABOUT KELLEY SCHWERSINSKE

I am a marketing and communications professional with a passion for social media and event planning. I also love working with and learning about people. My current role is as an OCS Project Management Lead at WebMD Ignite (formally Mercury Healthcare) in Madison, WI. My previous roles were as Director of Marketing & Events with Total Care Dental, Marketing Manager for Valicom, a telecom expense management firm, and as Communications & Events Coordinator for First Business. I spent over 12 years at First Business, having also worked in the deposit and loan departments. Before those roles, I worked at M&I Bank (now BMO Harris) as an Assistant CSR Supervisor & Float Teller. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Edgewood College where I graduated Cum Laude and an associate’s degree in Business Management from Blackhawk Technical College.Besides working full-time, I have also been involved with the Madison Chapter of the American Marketing Association since 2010 and joined the board in 2011. I have played an integral role in helping develop and build our programming events. I am excited to be President for the chapter during our 2016-17 programming year. I also spend time working with Ignite Madison as a marketing contributor, the State Superintendent’s Business, Marketing, and Information Technology Education Advisory Committee, and the Madison Mom’s Blog Event Committee. And the best part of life is spent at home - married with one daughter, one son, and three fur-babies.
