We are working base on BDD framework with POM design Pattern. The main components of my current framework are Feature File, Step Definitions, and Test runner. The framework is built on top of Maven, and We use Maven for Build management tool. For Reporting parts, we are using Cucumber JVM Extent Report. We use GIT and GIT hub for version control. We use Jenkins for CICD. We are following the Agile methodology. We are a team of 9 people.(4 dev 2 QA, Business Analyst, scrum master) and product owner. We are following all agile ceremonies like Daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. We are using Jira as a task management tool. Our sprints are 2 weeks long and we have released each month. We run a regression suite before each release.
