As the production specialist my position encompasses several aspects of the creative services department. Print Buyer: Seeking out and procuring needed print and marketing deliverables for a variety of projects and product launches negotiating with vendors for best pricing, create purchase orders, invoicing, discussing quality of product, staying on brand and insuring delivery date. Traffic management: I organize information given to me from our marketing department and distribute projects accordingly to our design team and manage the project through completion. Distribution management: Ensuring materials and products purchased have been shipped accordingly to any or all of our 32 theatre locations. My goal is to provide reliable project management, cost savings and branding solutions using vendor knowledge and creative ideas.
