I\'m a strategic operator who believes excellence is earned — not gifted. Whether I\'m building lasting relationships with industry leaders or chasing adventure in the mountains, I show up every day with discipline, curiosity, and a genuine desire to continue to grow and progress myself and others. Professionally, I serve as a Strategic Account Executive at Tenna — the construction industry\'s most comprehensive equipment and fleet management platform. I cover the NYC Metro, New Jersey, and Philadelphia markets, working alongside contractors and construction leaders who are managing millions of dollars worth of assets and can\'t afford to operate blind. My job is simple — listen closely, understand the real challenges, and help build a path to better visibility, smarter decisions, and stronger margins. Personally, I bring the same intensity to life outside the office. I\'m a proud husband and father of two driven kids, a lifelong fitness advocate who lives by one mantra — Movement is Medicine — and someone who finds clarity and purpose in the mountains. Four dogs remind me daily who actually runs the house. As Herbert N.
