ABOUT KEATON MCLEAN

I lead the Showpass Connect program, where we’re building Canada’s most engaging event discovery platform, driving ticket sales for clients and exciting experiences for customers. In partnership with our dev and marketing teams, I developed a data-driven system that analyzes user behavior and purchasing insights to predict event success, giving our sales team targeted direction for outbound strategies. Additionally, I spearheaded the launch of our event production division, producing Showpass-branded events in collaboration with clients and strategic partners. My journey through the event industry has given me a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed. From showcasing my products as a small business owner at major trade shows and festivals across the country, to bootstrapping a vendor management software and two-sided marketplace, and now leading the Connect program at Showpass to drive the growth and execution of large-scale events, I’ve gained valuable insights into starting, operating, and thriving in both the live event and technology sectors in Canada. At my core, I\'m passionate about building memorable and impactful things that create lasting impressions and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
