ABOUT KEATON F.
I received my CPA license in the Fall of 2020. I worked at Deloitte for approximately 5 years primarily in the TMT and Consumer Products sectors. I moved roles to private equity, operations within the industrials space. I received my MSA and BBA from Southern Methodist University.I have interests in technology, media, telecom, and consumer products. I excel in leadership and team building as I believe you are only as strongest as your weakest link and try to make my teams inclusive and focus on comradery.I have gained experience on multitude of clients (both PCAOB and AICPA) and have facilitated purchase accounting on multiple engagements in which I have overseen specialists and have evaluated technical accounting guidance related to various ASC sections such as ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 805. I have tested and overseen the testing for various technical areas such as goodwill impairment, debt offerings, and going concern issues. I am an effective communicator and my primary focus is maintaining and improving relationships.
