Global Program Manager - Behavioural Health (Mental Heath & Wellbeing) @Amazon

Strategic owner of Amazon’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Global Program (EAP) covering 60+ countries across Operations, Technology and Corporate organisations. •Responsible for the design and delivery of a data and feedback driven, global mental health and wellbeing roadmap. Initiatives cover day to day mental health and wellbeing (Preventative) and critical and/or endemic challenges (Reactive) and includes; Traditional short-term solution focused counselling Mental Health acute/crisis situation support Self-directed / self-paced digital mental health solutions such as cCBT, Mindfulness, training/webinars Legal and financial wellness consultation Consultation and support services for HR/Managers Flexible and tailored support in response to challenging events such as: Cost of Living, Natural Disasters, Conflict on a large scale, Loss of life etc. •Accountable for the management of multi-million-dollar program budgets, including the preparation of annual/exceptional budget asks per program as well as approval of spend •Principal Amazon interface for four large EAP providers, their strategic and day to day program performance •Responsible for the management of risk, opportunity and escalations across geographical regions and Amazon organisations •Leading on employee and manager program communication and positioning strategy, whilst ensuring alignment across a diversity of areas e.g. Business Leaders, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, HR, PR, external groups •Subject Matter Expert on the analysis of program performance/utilization/trend data and voice of the customer feedback mechanisms. Responsible for the design and presentation of ongoing program performance data and strategic program recommendations to Senior leaders/Stakeholders Provision of Mental Health and Wellbeing expertise to specific programs of work related such as; Financial wellness, Reproductive Health/Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Domestic Violence and Reduction in Force.
