ABOUT KEVIN BROWN
I am a skilled facilitator who is passionate about bringing people together and creating a safe space to share their stories. When people share their stories it helps build trust which can lead to development of good working relationships. When you have developed excellent working relationships based on trust, good things can happen. Using an independent facilitator to lead meetings can often result in a more productive, open and respectful sharing of views and opinions. This is especially true in our current polarized world and when controversial proposed projects or programs are on the agenda. I also facilitate conferences and help host organizations stay on time and deliver excellent value to delegates. When you ask people to attend a one or two-day conference, gathering or annual general meeting, you want someone with energy and engagement skills to lead the proceedings and have those who attended say the event was both informative and great value. I have guided organizations through crisis situations, helped others share their stories, build trust and develop effective working relationships. I use my media, communications and public relations experience to guide me in the work I do for my clients.
