Lead on the Strategic Change Communications for the Hounslow Borough Based Partnership; a collaboration between the NHS, Hounslow Council and the Primary Care Network. Developed and delivered a borough based Communications and Engagement Strategy. Project Managed a new internal corporate website for approx. staff within the partnership to drive employee engagement; meeting KPI\'s and reporting on outcomes to Senior Leaders. Established web editorial communications guidelines and engagement plan. Lead on the strategic internal communication for the partnership, co-ordinating between key stakeholders; building networks; auditing channels; implementing improvement plans, increasing employee engagement. Developed an editorial and content framework to increase awareness, engagement and visibility for the partnership. Including its capabilities, positioning and values. I work with senior health and council leaders to translate business projects and priorities into engaging content plans for both internal and external audiences.Advise on best practice and innovation across all communications channels.I work closely with communications colleagues across the partnership to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging/storytelling.
