With nearly a decade of experience in higher education and seven years dedicated to graduate business admissions, I thrive on guiding individuals through one of the most pivotal decisions of their academic and professional lives. Currently, I serve as an Admissions Team Lead for the MBA and Graduate Programs Office at the University of Louisville’s College of Business, where I blend empathy, consistency, and attention to detail to support students and streamline processes. My background in Communication and English literature, paired with a master’s in Higher Education Administration (with a focus on teaching and learning) and a graduate certificate in Organizational Change, has shaped my approach to leadership and student support. I believe in the power of personalized experiences—whether that’s helping a prospective student feel heard or mentoring a colleague through a challenge.
