In my role as the School Field Training Coordinator at the Kentucky Autism Training Center, I collaborate with school districts across the state of Kentucky. My primary objective is to enhance the implementation capacity of Evidence-Based Practices, as delineated by the National Clearinghouse on Autism Evidence and Practice (NCAEP), within school, community, and home settings.This position involves refining the proficiency of teachers, parents, and community members, equipping them with the skills necessary to create an optimal environment for autistic students and those in their lives. The ultimate goal is to establish a framework that fosters success for all individuals involved.
