Manage job board posting requests and ensure postings are published accurately and on time-Assist with the creation of marketing and recruitment content, including flyers, videos, yard signs, signage, and other promotional materials-Manage and process yard sign orders to support field office marketing efforts-Review and approve Canva designs submitted by team members, ensuring brand consistency and professional quality-Handle custom flyer and graphic requests from field offices and internal teams, using Canva to produce visually appealing, branded materials-Actively manage the company’s online reputation by responding to messages on social media, maintaining our Google Business listings, and taking prompt action on reviews received to ensure a positive public image-Lead and execute digital lead generation programs on social media and digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, etc)-Provide support to the organization by managing marketing inbox shifts, ensuring timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
