ABOUT KAYLA MARTIN
I am extremely proud of my accomplishments thus far in my journey as a marketing student. I was always intrigued by the commercials and advertisements I would see on TV and billboards and wondered how people were able to come up with such creative and effective ideas. I chose my major to be marketing because it seemed \"easy\". Unfortunately, I was proven wrong when I took my first marketing class and realized there was so much more to the subject. I have learned that the best ideas for marketing a product do not come to you right away but take several bad ideas to find a great one. Working in teams especially helps when tossing back and forth ideas This last summer I worked as a Marketing Intern where I gained the most hands on experience I could. There I was able to manage the content being posted to social media and create several email campaigns.
