I work with brands, agencies, and live experience operators navigating partnerships, sponsorships, and cultural engagement where credibility, alignment, and risk materially affect outcomes.My role is diagnostic and advisory. I help leadership teams clarify whether they are actually ready to pursue partnerships, where misalignment or friction exists, and what decisions will create leverage rather than long-term drag.Much of my career has been spent inside festivals, creator campaigns, and sponsorship programs where I’ve seen firsthand how often partnerships fail not because of execution, but because of unclear strategy, weak positioning, or internal misalignment.Today, I primarily support teams through readiness diagnostics and senior advisory engagements focused on:– Partnership and sponsorship strategy– Cultural alignment and audience trust– Deal structuring and risk assessment– Experiential and community-led initiativesMy work is designed for decision-makers who want clearer thinking and better calls before committing time, money, or credibility.Based in JAX.
