With expertise in both business solutions and technical requirements, I act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. I utilize agile methodologies and drive improvements across the project lifecycle, all while ensuring compliance and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of critical systems. My role also included supporting the development of high-quality work products, and ensuring business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Through proactive communication and stakeholder management, I ensured the smooth delivery of Business solutions while managing risks and achieving customer satisfaction.
